I have recently placed an order, but the product doesn't work for me. How can I return it?

If you have placed your order in the last two months, we will process your return regardless of reason. We have an automated system in place, where you can complete your return without any label printing or return shipping. Simply start your return here: Return Bars and follow the instructions.

Your items will be thoroughly checked for damage and if everything looks ok, a refund will be processed soon after drop-off.

If you're facing any difficulties with the return app, send us an email at [email protected] and we will process your return the old-fashioned way.

My items are no longer covered by the Money Back Guarantee. Can I still return them?

If your items are in good condition and we are able to re-stock them, we will process your return. Send us an email at [email protected] with pictures of the items you would like to return. One of our agents will review the photos and give you further instructions for the return.

I have received a damaged product. How can you fix this?

Even though we take great care of our products. Sometimes factors like shipping and handling are out of our control. If you have received a defected product, send us an email at [email protected] with a photo of the damage. One of our agents will give you further instructions and arrange an exchange/re-delivery.

I would like to exchange some of the items from my order. How can I do that?

We would love to help you with an exchange of your items. Send us an email at [email protected] and one of our agents will give you further instructions. Please make it clear, which items you would like to exchange.

I have sent the products back, but I am yet to receive a refund. What is going on?

Sometimes, it takes our warehouse some time to process the return. If the package has already been delivered to us, send us an email with the tracking number of your return and one of our agents will look into it and issue the refund.

How long until the money is back in my account?

Refunds are usually completed in 1 business day. Sometimes, the weekends can get in the way and it takes a little longer. However, it should never take more than 5 business days. If that happens to you, don't hesitate with sending us an email.
